Our Process
At the heart of our projects lies a structured process designed to ensure clarity and satisfaction every step of the way.
We start with a thorough consultation and collaboration phase, where we take the time to understand your vision and accurately assess your space. From there, we embark on research and begin the process of refining design concepts that respect your constraints and wishlist. Choosing quality materials that align with both your style and budget is a key focus during the material selection phase.
Our dedicated team then goes to work, finding qualitfied trades for the process of quotation. Prioritizing your comfort and protecting your living spaces throughout the renovation process is central.
Finally, after completion, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets your expectations, giving you peace of mind in your beautifully transformed space.

After Phase 1 of the collaboration with the client, we enter a strategy for design concept, material directives and colour schematics. Evaluation of the site is paramount with technical considerations. This level of the creative vision is foundational for setting a stretegic direction, all with the clients needs as a focal point.
Phase 1
Concept Vision
Client Collaboration

This is an exploratory time that we take to get to know our clients wishes and criteria. This period usually takes about a month or more, depending on our clients schedule, to undergo the collaborations. Travel to the project site is essential to understand the scope and complexities of the project. Project budget parameters are discussed at this time.
Phase 3
Technical Design
Phase three of the design phase includes technical measurements for preliminary floorplans and furniture layouts, lighting specifications and furnishings package.  Layouts are discussed with the client with comparison alternates for clear evaluation.  Price tier materials selections are presented. Computer illustrations of design concepts and elevation drawings establish a roadmap for project pricing and trade quotation and selection.
Furnishings
and Decor Package
Coinciding with room layouts, a furnishing and decor package is established with the client with budget parameters very early in the project process. Upon approval, orders will be taken with established  timelines, deliveries and procurement of incoming product, all coordinated with each vendor according to move-in date. ​ Climate controlled storage is provided for the clients project - to consolodate all incoming deliveries to be available immediately upon completion of construction for installation.
Phase 4
General Contractor Quotation
Review
The construction general contractor is presented with design concepts and drawings along with materials selections. The general contractor reviews and analyses technical requirements and submits a base quotation.  This process is highly involved with oversight of the clients wishes and expectations.  Nothing is assumed. All parameters are discussed. This process involves on-site meetings with trades to discuss project requirements. Material finishes and selections are presented to the client with showroom visits. Selections are made. ​ Once the general has submitted their quotations, we discuss submissions with our clients to review costs, timelines for project construction. Trade commitments are made.
Phase 5 Procurement and
management
Materials and fixtures are ordered and timelines are established for deliveries.  Production schedules are determined and set in motion. ​ Communications and oversight with the general contractor is daily and in-depth.  Timeline benchmarks are established and reviewed along the project.  At this stage, daily oversite and communications commence with the  general contractor and client. Strategies and troubleshooting while always communicating our clients wishes and preferences without compromising the integrity of our established vision.
Construction
Initial stages of construction such as demolition commence and are scheduled according to consolidation of all materials to every stage of construction to completion. Our involvement throughout this process ensures that your needs are addressed and communicated as your project unfolds.
Phase 6
Installation and Style Curation
By this time your furnishings have arrived and delivery schedules are determined. Our vendor oversite ensures that as soon as your home construction is completed and fully cleaned, the furnishings and decor are installed by white glove installation team. Â Styling and curating your vision takes place at this time is completed.

Overall project time may range from 6 months to one year for a renovation scenario. Each project is fluid and schedules are determined based on product availabilities and shipment. Every effort is given to ensure on-time delivery.
A project that requires renovating an existing space may present hidden conditions behind walls that not always present themselves until the demolition phase. Every effort is made to predetermine challenges that may be encountered. Our general contractors approach is an engineering biased focus analysis to anticipate the unknown in each project. Original architectural plans and structures are reviewed during this phase.
Timelines vary and are unique to each project depending on the clients needs and the scope of the project.
