Window treatments for enhancement of natural light and easy function priority.
A stairwell with a 20 foor window required technical insight for design and execution. Our client had linen draper that did not fuction to open due to the weight and expanse of their drapery. The result was a very dark stairwell that should have been a focal point of light and drama. We transformed this dark stairwell with a multi fuctional approach that would address the changing requirements for our client.
With ease of operation we installed a remote control system of roller blinds that provided black-out function for blocking out lighting from the streets for night time privacy. For daytime we installed textural sheers that filtered light throughout the day and with ease of opening and closing we installed a remote control operation system that can be opened at various locations depending on the clients needs.
Updated lighting was essential to create ambient moods to enhance the existing stunning architecture in our clients home.
